Cochrane Attorneys is a boutique property legal practice, specialising in all areas of property law with a specific emphasis on residential and commercial conveyancing; commercial property transactions; commercial and property litigation and collections. We provide specialised legal advice and conveyancing services across all sectors of the property market – residential and commercial. We are geared to provide highly efficient correspondent services to a wide network of legal firms.
Conveyancing
We act as a conveyancing correspondent for the Nelspruit Deeds Office which we attend on a daily basis, our standard of service is unmatched.
Litigation
We assist with Mbombela High Court matters and Magistrate Court matters, we attend court on a daily basis and provide a streamlined, cost effective and efficient service.
Business and Commercial Law Services
We strive to provide practical and business-minded solutions to businesses. We take active interest in our client’s businesses, this enables us to effectively represent our clients in the negotiation of contracts and resolution of commercial disputes.
